In 1930, the Boy Scouts of America created a new opportunity called Cub Scouting for boys younger than Boy Scout age. A year-round, home-centered program used by chartered organizations, Cub Scouting emphasizes involvement between boys and their parents, adult leaders, and friends. In the multidimensional plan of the Boy Scouts of America, Cub Scouting is where it all begins.

PACK MEETING FOR 12/19 POSTPONED:

. Even though the school has not officially cancelled after school activities, it is the leaderships decision to postpone the pack meeting scheduled for tonight due to the weather. We feel that the school will probably cancel all after school activities (if not close early anyway.) As for plan B. We are working with the Knights of Colombus to secure the room. We have asked if it would be available for 5 or 6 PM on Sunday. The plan would be to conduct the finals of the Raingutter, have an advancement ceremony, Den Skits and the Pizza party. So hopefully you will be able to come for Pizza dinner.

As I was typing this the Honeywell warning system just confirmed all after school activities cancelled.

If the KoC is not available for Sunday we also asked for Tuesday night. Since it is a half a school day would people want to have it earlier? Our hopes are to do this on Sunday.
